Important: Free quiz participation and basic platform access are non-refundable as they are provided at no cost.

Refunds for institution-sponsored events follow the institution's policies in coordination with OSIAN.

6. Refund Methods

Refunds are issued using the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days
  • Platform Credits: Instant (if chosen)

International transactions may take additional time due to banking processes.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision:
