At OSIAN, we deliver certificates, cash prizes, and merchandise to winners of our quiz competitions. This policy outlines our delivery methods and timelines for physical items.
1. Digital Delivery (Certificates)
Digital certificates are our primary delivery method. Most certificates are delivered electronically for faster access and eco-friendly distribution.
1.1 Digital Certificate Delivery
Digital certificates are delivered instantly after quiz results are finalized:
- Delivery Time: Within 24-48 hours of result declaration
- Delivery Method: Email to registered email address
- Format: PDF download link
- Validity: Can be downloaded and printed anytime
1.2 Physical Certificates (Optional)
For special events or upon request, we provide printed certificates:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Shipping Time: 5-7 business days within India
- Cost: Free for national level winners, ₹99 for others
- Quality: Premium A4 size, laminated certificates
2. Cash Prize Distribution
Cash prizes are distributed digitally. All prize money is transferred electronically to ensure secure and timely delivery.
2.1 Prize Distribution Process
- Verification: Winner verification within 24 hours of results
- Documentation: KYC documents collected (if required)
- Processing: Prize processing within 3-5 business days
- Transfer: Direct bank transfer or UPI payment
- Confirmation: Email confirmation sent upon transfer

4. Shipping Within India

We partner with Delhivery and Blue Dart for reliable delivery across India. All shipments include tracking.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping for all competition winners. For additional merchandise purchases, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Tracking
All physical shipments include tracking numbers sent via SMS and email upon dispatch.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all pin codes across India, including remote areas (additional time may apply).
4.1 Important Notes
- No International Shipping: We only deliver within India
- Address Verification: Ensure your address is correct during registration
- Rural Areas: Delivery may take 2-3 extra days for remote locations
- Unserviceable Areas: For extremely remote areas, we may use India Post

- Sizing Issues: Hoodie/T-shirt exchanges available within 7 days of receipt
